MAPPING A PLAN OF ACTION

Today we took a big step towards moving into our best bodies. We explored putting together a plan that will help us get to our goal. This plan is called an ACTION plan. An ACTION plan has 4 parts.

  • A. Write one realistic goal that you have set for yourself.

  • B. Examine the following parts of the action plan, then fill in the blanks with the steps in the correct order.

  • Reward yourself when you follow through.
  • Get prepared.
  • Take action.
  • Think about it.
  • C. Choose all the questions you would ask yourself when thinking about getting to your goal:
