olive oil cooking spray
1. Preheat grill.
2. Spray grill with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3. Sprinkle fish with cajun seasoning and olive oil.
4. If grilling fresh sh with skin, place fish directly on the grill. If grilling fish without skin, wrap individual pieces of fish in foil and place on the grill.
5. Flip fish after 5 minutes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
